Braised red cabbage, red cabbage purée, cauliflower purée
Beer Pairing: Cigar City Oktoberfest
Amber color, bready malt complexity with a restrained hop favor. Six German malt varieties, including a generous helping of Munich malt, fermented with an authentic Bavarian lager yeast.
Beer-poached purple potatoes, German liver pâté crouton, poached quail egg, sliced radish, crispy prosciutto, bacon-mustard vinaigrette.
Beer Pairing: Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier
Golden colored wheat beer with cloves, notes of banana and a full-bodied smooth yeast taste.
Bavarian pretzel and bratwurst stuffing, tri-colored pickled cauliflower, Fest beer and golden raisin jus.
Beer Pairing: Ayinger Oktober Fest-Märzen
Rich amber-golden color. Deep, inviting, malty nose and bready, wonderful flavor that is an ode to barley.
Macerated amareno cherries, chocolate ganache, NY cheesecake.
Beer Pairing: Schneider Weisse Aventinus
Ruby colored doppelbock with notes of sugar-coated dried dark fruits, overripe banana, clove, wheat, brown bread with a hint of booze and molasses.
