The Caribbean is known for a style of music called pan music. Made from steel tins or drums, pan music carries out tunes to make lovely sounds.


The Caribbean is made up of over 700 islands, islets, reefs and caves – of which only 2% are inhabited.


The Caribbean Islands are also known as the West Indies.

Coconut Shrimp

Hand-breaded in our own blend of coconut and spices. Served with sweet chili sauce. 11

Jerk Chicken

Jerk-marinated chicken thighs served over rice and beans with seasonal vegetables and a mango chutney. 15

Grilled Skirt Steak

Seasoned skirt steak, grilled and served with rice and beans, fried sweet plantains and a pineapple mojo. 19

Pan-seared fresh scallops served on top of sautéed spinach with a house-made tropical fruit salsa. 19
